Reina Chicoye2024-04-05I always give it some time before I write my review and my star rating after living in our renovations would be about a 4.5 Pros: They are super responsive to call and text and from any of their social media Owner came over to walk through each area with you so you have a direct contact. There was a contract in place and was open to adding a timeline to keep both parties aligned. My downstairs tile flooring is absolutely beautiful! They had a great team doing renovations, very pleasant, polite and smiling all the time. Hard workers and were quick to get things done and the overall look of the house was a huge and beautiful upgrade. The staircase we removed a half wall and they did a great job completing the vision we had. They painted the kitchen cabinets and installed handles and it was beautiful. You can tell they put time into perfecting it and everything was measured perfectly! They were open to coming back to fix a few areas after previewing it and that makes a good company great! Communicating and being able to handle it even after payment is hard to find with companies so extra points for great professionalism and care. Cons: The upstairs vinyl flooring was beautiful to the eye , but was creaky and making noise before we even moved in. Vinyl had some uneven areas in it even after coming back to repair it that has it being noisy. Last con was the house was a bit messy where the dust and all from constructions was all over the base boards and through the air vents, on to the fans so we had to bring in cleaners to do the entirety with a deep clean. They had a cleaner come in but still left some areas to be done. Unplugging and replugging in the refrigerator while working caused some water mold and when the ice melted when unplugged, it froze the freezer shut and had to do a bit of work on it but these are the smaller things to note. Overall, I would definitely recommend using them for bathroom work, electric, stairs case and tiles as those were very beautiful and made the vision come to life! A few small issues but they were easy to communicate with and seemed to be understanding so extra stars for communication and growing a customer base.
